Workshops
Our founder and director Waleed Abu Nada has been delivering workshops alongside leading talks across the world over the course of the past few years. The range of topics often include sports-based youth development, social inclusion, social innovation, entrepreneurship and policy advocacy. These talks and workshops have been delivered in several cities across the world such as Beijing, Marrakech, Tokyo, Dubai, Lausanne, Tunisia, Paris, Athens and beyond.

Athletic Support
With over 30 years of experience in studying and teaching olympic weightlifting, our athletic director Ali Al-Gabri is in charge of all the elements related to our athletic scope. With expert certificates and diplomas from all over the world including Hungary, Iran and China, he possesses a wealth of information and experience when it comes to designing training programs that cater to each individual, team or organization. Additionally, Coach Ali can offer sessions that include olympic weightlifting, strength and conditioning and physiotherapy in order to improve as an athlete or even if one is simply looking for a more active lifestyle. These sessions can be conducted both face-to-face and virtually.

Emotional Fitness
Emotional fitness is the simple idea that our minds need regular exercise and training just as much as our bodies do in order to stay healthy and fit. Developing this aspect allows individuals to become more resilient alongside having a better ability to deal with emotions. Our coach Dareen Al Kotob is on a mission to help individuals, from all walks of life, become emotionally fit by focusing their energy on personal priorities and identifying the obstacles blocking them from achieving their goals. Whether you are an athlete or not, this service will allow you to move forward in life in a healthier manner.
